Is it normal for rape/SA scenes in movies/shows to cause awful flashbacks?

I just watched Moulin Rouge, and there is a rape scene. It's not extremely graphic but did cause some massive discomfort. And I'm aware that's the point, but it's been an hour, and I'm still having shaking spells. I'm just checking that it's normal.

Does it count as SA if I said yes? (Multiple stories)

I'm 19 now, but I was 16-17 throughout all of this, and I am not with this person still, thankfully.

The first incident was in junior year. We were messing with each other on his couch in his room, and I'd already voiced that I had no interest in sucking him off that night. He started dropping hints before begging for me to do so. After a minute, I caved out of pressure and patrial fear.

The second incident was in senior year. Similar situation to the first one, but instead of this happening on the couch, he asked me to follow him into the bathroom so I could spit on him. He then asked me if you would just suck him off since I was already in there. I was physically very reluctant but agreed because I thought that made sense. He held my head down while I choked and scratched at his thighs, trying to get him to let go.

I just need to know if this is SA or not. Thank you for your time.
