Noticed these 3 dot like scratches/marks near my hood vent. Is this a paint issue from factory? 26 GT Hemi had it for 10 months and just noticed these.

Had her for 6 months (GT+ Blacktop Hemi). Loving it! The Ebony Red leather seats are great.
