Hi, currently a year in as Assistant Principal and my head has suggested I do the NPQH.
I've not done anything like this before so wondered what people's thoughts were. Is it hugely time consuming? Is it worth it?

Looking for advice. I have two kids 2-4 who love planes, but queuing and crowds less so.
Does anyone have any recommendations for local areas/pubs where you could get a reasonable view of some of the planes without needing to be in the thick of it at the sea front? A bit like the White Bear used to be a good option for Biggin Hill?
