Basically wondering if taking xanax helps with the paid of the needle and injection. The pain has traumatized me and I am hoping something can help before having it done.

I need to start saving for retirement but can only contribute 200 per month. No emploees. Is Roth IRA the best option? If so, how do I get this set up? Can I pay monthly?
