Avianca lost my bags and then customer service was awful
Avianca agente lost my bag during travel. A very painful experience. When I reached out to customer service over phone and WhatsApp they circled me around and around. No empathy, very little help. Made me feel like crap.
I travel to South America twice a month for work. Need a new airline I guess
