I’m going to be in the Duluth-ish/Iron Range area at the end of July. I’ll be staying in Cotton and then in Ely to see the bear and wolf center. I likely won’t go any more north than that unfortunately.

I’ll have a day or two in Duluth proper but I’m wondering if there’s any must dos outside of the city toward that Cotton/Ely area.

Since it’ll be late July I’d love to find a beach good for reading :) I went to Duluth as a kid and there was a beach full of just big black rocks and slabs on Lake Superior.. I think it was in the city but not sure.

Hi! I’m on 90mg of cymbalta and I’ve been having issues with my pharmacy for about 2 weeks to refill my prescription (I take a 30 and a 60) and on Friday I finally ran out of everything.

I’ve contacted my provider but since it’s a weekend/holiday I haven’t been able to get anyone to fill an emergency dosage for me or anything.

This is the craziest withdrawal symptoms I’ve ever had, I’m nauseous, shaky, can’t sleep, anxious. Obviously you shouldn’t stop cold turkey but it’s out of my hands right now, does anyone have any tips on how to deal with withdrawals until I get my prescription filled?
