My apartment complex (about 150 units) has no bulletin board app or facility to provide notices to owners and/or residents. What systems are people using in other complexes? Anything to avoid too? What is working well in your complex?
Gaaah. I have a problem with Bing webmaster tools and cannot fix it (their AI nor Claude cannot help) - so I go to raise a support ticket. Fill in the form and submit. Should create a ticket right? But no, it goes to "Copilot" which "helpfully" reads my support ticket and concludes it cannot help and asks me if I want to post a support ticket?!?! I click the pre-filled option "create the support ticket".
That should do it, but no, copilot again churns and comes back with "do you want me to create a support ticket? Type YES or NO". FFS two further gatekeeping steps that add time and labour for me and no value. Grrr
