What does my prescription mean?
From specsavers UK. Never had it properly explained to me so just wondering if this is a strong prism prescription? And just generally what it all means

Far distance vision with prisms
Got prism glasses a few weeks ago. Ive only ever had actual problems with close up vision - told i was long sighted for years. The prisms definitely help with up close vision but they cause sort of disorientation if i am wearing them and looking at things further away. Is this normal? And is it something ill get used to or do i just need to be taking them off every time im not reading/writing etc.
