Pozdrav!

So I have very limited time to improve my croatian and I drive a lot so I listen to hrt news every hour or so. It helps a lot, when I hear certain expressions repeatedly after a while they build in to my vocabulary.
But there's this one expression that I can't catch the meaning of. It's something like "subzirom", "subzerom". Google translate suggested it's "s obzirom" but I want to be sure about the correct meaning so I can confidently use it.

Can you guess what phrase am I talking about?
