Does therapy happen at the therapist home anymore?

I was talking to my older family members and it seems like it was normal for that to be a thing back in the day. Is that still a thing now n days? I would imagine it would be very dangerous for the therapist especially with clients with transference.

What about when a therapist retires but still wants to do therapy part time and not have an office space or do online? Is in home therapy ethical anymore?

I feel embarrassed

I have been put on a new prescription for my seizures but also for bipolar this was weeks ago, the medication has made me not think as well, forgetfulness and not really able to hold a conversation as well as I used to. The seizures are a new thing in my life and I have been struggling with thing that come with it such as not being able to drive and probably going to have to quit my job as it's dangerous with and without seizures. I also unfortunately have PTSD and just been struggling with memories of that.

ANYWAYS last Friday I was just really going through it with everything going on so I texted my therapist that I was just done and wasn't going to kms but just self harm as to just feel in control of something (yea I know I'm dumb) he texted me the following day that he's hopes im okay and whatever (not the words he used) and I didn't respond all weekend cuz I didn't want to ruin his weekend with me. I then texted him yesterday telling him I did not go to the hospital but I think I should and he texted me that we could talk about it tomorrow (which is today)

I just feel like this is performative that I am attention seeking yet I have not tried to kms or self harm in almost 4 years. I just feel like he thinks I just want attention from him and now I want to cancel and just not see him. I have been working with him for 4 years now.

Also off topic can I change my emergency contact cuz I would die if he called my current emergency contact if I did do anything.

Not sure if it's exercise induced asthma or if I'm just unfit

So for background I'm 23f and I work at a refinery as a rope access technician, I climb ropes, ladders, and stairs alot of the time. Anyways usually when I'm done climbing up a barrel ladder it seems I'm very out of breath after the exercise. There's also another thing, I have caught myself every now n then forgetting to breathe during the exercise but even when I "manually breathe" it still seems I cannot catch my breath. It's like this during any exercise even though I have been doing my job for 3 years you would think I would be used to or adjusted by now. After I do the exercise I'm out of breath, light headed and nauseous sometimes.

I do not smoke, do drugs, or drink
