Hi. Been having issues with Psicon's RTC systems and wondering if it is just me.

I was offered RTC by my GP, and I chose Psicon because their office isn't too far away if needed.

I filled in the forms and my GP sent the referral on 9th June. I heard nothing for over 4 weeks, and when I called, they claimed they hadn't received anything. Hot back to the RTC coordinator at my GP and they resent everything including their acknowledgement of receipt.

I got all the screening questionnaires, did mine and forwarded the observer email. She did 2/3 of the questionnaire, but couldn't open the third one (relatives). When I got back to Psicon they said the third one had been done and she needed to do the second (experience). My observer is adamant she did that one and does know the process as she works with neurodiverse kids.

Tl:DR- Psicon lost my referral and now are claiming my observer didn't do a questionnaire they said they did.

I'm a 61 year old woman and just waiting for my RTC provider to process my screening questionnaires. Had to speak to them about my observer and they mentioned that my GP had referred me to be assessed for ASD as well as ADHD. I wasn't told there was going to be an ASD referral as well.

I don't mind, but is that usual?
