As stated I got the metal chime card. only two direct deposits so far. I didnt realize it would be that quick. Is it better than the other one?

Okay, I got the Chime debit and Chime card the same day. I must say even when reading around here I’m a confused, but think I may know how it works.
If I use the Chime card does that amount come out of my bank balance right then? I read where people say you can move money from the chime card and the debit card. But I don’t see that option anywhere. Or do I have to pay a bill an actual bill?
