Recently got a second hand violin online. However, there's damage to the wood under the E-string fine tuner that was not shown on the ad.

I wonder how hard it would be to fix this, if at all? I know usually it's just the varnish that is scratched off, but here it seems like a patch of wood is scratched/exposed.
