I’m currently working with a few different dealerships in my area and I’ve pretty much narrowed it down to the below X5s after negotiations.

Option 1:
2026 X5 Black Sapphire with Black Sensafin
- Climate Comfort Package
- Premium Package
- Parking Assistance Package
- Driving Assistance Professional Package

Option 2:
2026 X5 Tanzanite Blue with Silverstone Sensafin
- Climate Comfort Package
- Premium Package
- Parking Assistance Package

I know realistically Black/Black option probably makes more sense since it has DAPP but I’m really drawn to the Blue Tanzanite/Silverstone. I originally started this journey wanting Carbon Black but quickly found those are hard to come by.

Has anyone had any issues with keeping Silverstone Sensafin clean? Would it be better to have DAPP vs the color combo I want?

Also is anyone else having trouble with getting their dealership to agree to 0.9% financing? It’s annoying that they are trying to mark it up when it’s explicitly advertised on BMW USA’s website as 0.9% financing as long as you’re well qualified of course. Thanks for the input!

O’Hare T1 premier access gate has now moved the premier access gate to where the normal security gate is? This had to have happened in the last month as I flew in April and it was where it has always been. You previously could walk right through with usually only 5-10 people MAX waiting. Currently waiting in the “premier access” line and there’s at least 25 people waiting and we haven’t moved at all. WTH United? So much for one of the very few perks.
