Hate that I have to be the one to say this, but I don’t like people being midwits about the primal diet. Meat from your local farmer that is raised in the sun, grass finished, and has high standards is a completely different food than the big corp meat you get at the grocery store. I remember seeing a Paul Saladino video of him saying “two patties from McDonald’s” without the bun is a “good stop” for a road trip or something . Absolutely low IQ behavior.

Primal diet requires sourcing highly nutritious standard meat and dairy etc. This is the same sh** you see someone bulking with pasteurized milk whey protein powder VS 6’ 4’ Swedish Chad bulking with straight raw milk in the mountains or something.

Learn the difference, you might as well eat anything if your meat and dairy is from your local black rock grocery store .

I use ceramic plates and the bamboo brush to clean my dishes, I don’t use the dishwasher I just never have.

I’ve seen Paul and them say vinegar but I don’t think vinegar can fully clean dishes, I am trying to avoid the micro dish residue left on plates. Right now I’m using seventh generation clear soap, but anything owned by big corp/ black rock is B.S.

I’ve seen organic dish soap and stuff on the “crunchy” IG reels but never a product, does anyone rec a good one that is actually clean, maybe 8/10 / 9/10 clean?
