I recently encounter a motherboard issue that happened out of nowhere after shutting down my laptop(which is apparently quite common in r/lenovo legion but i wanna ask u guys if u have ever gotten the same problem before and if lenovo did give you the warrenty repair? (Asking cause different regions may have diff rules)

I had encountered the "black screen of death"( the usual motherboard issue ) and had called a technician to come and fix it. But i need the laptop to be fixed as soon as possible due to an upcoming exam where i need it so i wanna know how long would the repair take.( the duration from calling support to the time the laptop gets repaired.) Their support told me that it would be faster through this than going on site but i doubt that is true.
