Living in Bochum or other Ruhr cities?

Hi, I just got a job at TU Dortmund.

I was considering living in Bochum since to me it looks a bit more cultural than Dortmund. Is anyone else's opinion too or just a wrong impression based on football?

Would you also consider living in Essen or Düsseldorf for that matter?

Things to do around Srodmiescie

Hi all, I am spending two nights in Warsaw and I have a hotel room in the area of Srodmiescie... apologies for the wrong spelling 🙃🙃🙃

I am really looking for some authentic polish food, even if I have to go outside the city center...I am craving pierogi A LOT

I'd also like some recommendations for a good bar in the central area: I want to get shit faced and not have to walk back thousands of miles to my room...

Thanks for any advice
