What to do ?
45 year old male. CAC score was 15 a month ago. No current heart related medications. I live a very healthy lifestyle (zero drinking, smoking, etc). 10k steps a day, lift 4x a week, and hiit 1x a week.
Given my lifestyle and overall cholesterol in range - are statins a must at this point ?
