'Always Noise': These residents are at war with the chasm of ten million locusts in their suburb

when we moved in we thought we could adjust to it, like airplane noise. However the buzzing is incessant and cuts through everything, giving you a dreadful headache. The neighbourhood kids frequently stray too close, driving the swarm into such a frenzy that the sound of thousands of gnawing mandibles against flesh and bone can be heard across the suburb as the unfortunates are skeletonised in minutes.
