I’ve ordered pickup here for years. Today I paid $98 for 4 dishes. Got home: no rice. None.

I drove all the way back with my receipt. Showed them my order number. The response? “My cook said he put the rice in, but anyway I’ll give you rice.”

So I wasted gas, time, and years of loyalty just to be treated like I was scamming them for $3 of rice.

Thousands of dollars over the years — and this is the respect you get when they mess up. I’m done. Westchester any other good places for Chinese?

If it asks you to put your debit card pin number ….why do you wanna charge me for credit card rate when you’re clearly getting cash.
