My party have done all sorts of things to annoy this fey noble and have an NPC with a vested interest (and the means) to snitch on them. But I’m at a loss for ideas as to how to have his enmity made known and manifest. How would other DMs handle this? Fun ideas welcome.

Are control rings (and ring of plant control specifically) limited in the number of uses per day?
