Question about NAP & Acupineology
Hello, I'm new here and new with this topics.
My experience with this methods isn't significant as I want. I've read from a blog about acupineology, the blogger told the method about energy charging from Geoff Gray-Cobb not too strong.
The reason I choose this methods cz is no need much ceremony and stuffs, just doing in silent cz I living in urban society.
Can y'all sharing your experience and what is plus minus about this methods?
