I’m trying to build a storage for my chests and crafting stations but it I can’t seem to figure out how to make a good build? Any suggestions or advice on how to improve or replace this are very appreciated.

I just got a hammock and it came with this hook. I’m not to sure how to tie the rope through it and I can’t find any instructions anywhere. Does anyone know how to? Much appreciated.
