So I am having work done to my car. Been in the shop for a week and a half. They had an estimator look at my car who I assume never did this before. The wrote an estimate significantly lower than the actual work and is refusing to pay.

Any step I can take to make them pay? Shit is out of hand.

I.e. there was twice the amount of damage on the back seat door than the front and he allocated twice as much time to the front than the back.
