Alan Cumming, Tom Felton, Richard E Grant.. where is this episode??

IMDB claims that these are the guests on season 8 episode 4, but prime video says otherwise. I've tried looking for it on YouTube, but no luck! I really want to see these guests!

How can I fix my EXTREMELY tight hamstrings??

I regularly see a massage therapist for my neck/back, but occasionally she works on my glutes and hamstrings. But my hamstrings are SO tight that massaging them actually hurts. Stretching doesn't seem to help much- I've even tried sitting on a heating pad for about 10 minutes before stretching and that doesn't seem to help either. I'm tired of constantly feeling like I've pulled them.

How can I actually fix this?

Rust on walls of washing machine

I found a bunch of rust on two of the walls inside of our washing machine. I can't easily clean it off without removing the drum (my arm can't reach far enough). Should I worry about removing the rust at all? Since it's on the housing as opposed to the drum itself (and the drum is plastic).

Thank you!!

I had my colonoscopy this morning and it was my third attempt, but this time I actually got to the procedure (the prep didn't work the first two times and I had to cancel). I started the daily miralax prep a week before and took an extra dose on Saturday and Sunday before prep on Monday. I followed the instructions exactly and I drank a lot of water. The stuff coming out wasn't totally clear, but it was only liquid. I thought I was clear enough, but I woke up to the doctor saying they weren't able to finish because I wasn't cleared out enough. What he was able to see looked good though. I just don't want to go through prep a FOURTH time in six months ☹️

Today was my third colonoscopy attempt (the first two times I had problems with the prep and had to cancel the procedure). This time I tried the miralax prep and had no problems with it, except everything coming out wasn't fully clear before leaving for the procedure. I read from a lot of people on here that they were able to go through with their's as long as there were no "chunks" (their doctors just irrigated).

But, I woke up with my doctor telling me that they weren't able to finish the procedure since I wasn't fully cleared out, but what he did see looked good.

I got home and started crying because I don't want to go through prep a FOURTH time. I hate the way I feel when I can't eat, am super tired, but can't sleep because you may have an accident in your sleep.

My colonoscopy is tomorrow at noon and I finished the evening miralax prep almost three hours ago, but I expected a lot more would be happening by now. I'm drinking a lot of water and trying to stay awake. I've had to go to the bathroom quite a few times, but I expected more. I do not want to reschedule AGAIN!

My colonoscopy is tomorrow and I'm doing the miralax prep. The instructions say to do more prep tomorrow morning, but if everything coming out tonight is clear, do I still have to do more prep in the morning?? I'm nervous about doing prep in the morning and having the sudden urge to go while we're on our way to the procedure..
