I got a new computer and I’m trying to move all my FTM data from my old computer. I’ve tried to do it through syncing and I tried to transfer the files on a thumb drive. My issue is that all media became “uncategorized”, my citation notes changed how they look and my source info is cut off in the middle of the documentation. I’m so frustrated! I really don’t like this software but I also don’t like the alternatives. Has anybody experienced this problem. I’m running FTM 2024. I appreciate any help.
