Hello…I’m an experienced patent agent considering taking the lsat. If I qualify, I’ll go to a part time law school ranked 40+. I don’t have a lot of time to practice and my diagnostic test didn’t get me a high score. Given my work experience, what’s the lowest lsat score do you think I can get away with? I’m just looking for anecdotal evidence. Do you know of anyone who scored low on the lsat but still managed to get admission in a part time program?

Hello…just curious how everyone is doing considering the advent of AI tools in the patent prosecution space. I have been using Solve and I must say it’s pretty effective as a tool and has made things go faster. But it’s not perfect and I don’t see it replacing me. Yet clients seem to think that going forward most things can be done for cheaper using AI tools. I do see merit in that idea. If so, are we just going to be made redundant or only the smartest will survive? What’s your survival plan? Btw, I’m an experienced patent agent in the pharmaceutical/biotech space.
