Hi, I'm a HSP, I've just discovered this a few years ago, and I'm already in my 40s trying to deal with a lot of things.
I want to know if it also happens to you that sometimes you dont want to be alone, but when you're around people you just hate it? I dont know, it is like if I have to fake everything: the smiles, the interest, the shallow conversations... but when I want to talk about something really interesting for me, the rest just change the subject.
What do you do to meet interesting people? what sort of activities should I be doing to connect with people like me?
What are your experiences regarding this?
