Customer asking for permanent waiver of late credit card fee

So you borrow the bank’s money, do not pay it off on time or ever, and expect the bank to not charge a late fee? Just because you potentially have 250k outside and will move it over if the bank can guarantee to never charge a late fee ever again? Of all the entitled people I’ve met I have never seen this kind of entitlement lol. And the audacity to say… “well other credit cards do that for me so I’m not interested in your credit cards.”

Manager denied my PTO request for Monday/Friday even though I schedule one year in advance

So 2 day weekend is not enough and I usually request to take Monday or Friday off twice a month so I have more time for myself to relax and do housework. I always schedule it for the whole year because I already know what day I want off. At my previous branch it was always approved. But my current manager said no I can’t do that because it’s not fair for other people because they will have to schedule their PTO on different days. She said it has to be based on seniority so whoever worked here the longest will get approved for PTO first even if they schedule it the latest. Even though I worked for the company for 5 years I am the newest at this location so I am the lowest on the food chain.

Thoughts? I have 200 hours a year and never travel because I have pets so I never take a week or weeks of PTO, it’s only 1-2 days at a time and I should be able to use my PTO however I want. She’s manager but she’s not willing to do the work to manage the schedule if 2 people are out at the same time.

EDIT… Yes I am willing to schedule around other people’s PTO. I said other people could just schedule their PTO first and will choose the days that won’t overlap but my manager still said no to my PTO because it’s on a Monday/Friday and it’s not acceptable.

Customer asked me out

I’ve been a banker for 5 years and just switched FI. I am 33 years old and married. Last week I was opening an account for this guy in his 60s and he suddenly asked to take me out to coffee to “discuss banking business” during bank business hour. Like just leaving my job right then and there to go get coffee with him. I said no I could only work in the bank but he pressed a few more times. So I didn’t want to make a big deal so I just brushed it off and continued opening the account. Then asked me for my personal phone number. I said no just call my business phone. Then he asked if he could wait for me because it’s near closing time. I was uncomfortable and in the end told my manager about it. Apparently it happens a lot in this bank so it’s not a big deal. Maybe I’m just overthinking it lol. This has never happened to me after 8 years in the bank, the first few years I was a teller and helped 100 people per day and no one ever said anything like this.

So this customer A gets an inheritance from their parents who passed away. Already two years since. The administrator of the estate is her sister B finally got everything together and now can distribute the money. Except this money is coming from a foreign country and B is not able or not willing to do a wire transfer even though it’s the easiest, fastest and cheapest way to do it. Long story short B sent A a foreign check and A has to deposit to her account at the bank. Since it’s a big amount we can’t just deposit it and have to send it to collection. Now the check is returned unpaid because we’re not able to contact the other side.

We let A know the result and she got really upset. It is not our fault that we’re not able to reach them and collect the funds. We asked of A to reach out to her sister B and ask her to let the bank know that we’re trying to collect it and trying to reach out. A refuses because we should have a better procedure that ensures their customers will get the money no matter what. A is also 100% sure that B did not receive any phone calls or other forms of communication from anyone ever since we sent the check for collection. A is not willing to talk to B to ask B to go to the bank or call customer service because there is no reference number and she will not know who to reach or what to say and that would waste B’s time chasing nothing. Maybe B’s information is not up to date on the bank’s system so they couldn’t reach her? Doesn’t matter because B will not go to the bank or go online to update anything or make sure that her contact info is correct. A says that it is our job to figure this out and collect this money and B already did her part so B will not waste time.

I honestly don’t know what to tell her lol. It seems fishy the moment B is not willing to step into a branch and do a simple wire transfer. I feel like they have their own family problems and need to work it out instead of blaming the bank. B is probably not willing to give up that money lol ngl so that’s why she’s doing everything she can to not fix this. And A knows this too and can’t do anything about it so she’s just trying to find someone else to blame. Oh well go ahead and close your account and take your check to another bank who probably has a similar procedure and see if you can get that money lol.
