She’s so nice on the surface level, but she’s a narcissist and emotionally abuses her employees. She will isolate individuals and humiliate them in groupchats. She exposes people’s private issues. She does not have a proper training system, and faults the employees for their lack of not knowing when really it is her fault. There are severe health concerns when it comes to food safety. She has left cooked eggs out overnight, and I know people who have gotten sick. She claims “baked fresh” and will leave things in the displays for WEEKS. Worst of all, she says baked fresh and she really just buys from Sysco and calls it her own. Don’t fall into her lure; she has serious issues. She cares more about her ego then any customer or employee.
