Favorite calming tea for when you’re feeling stressed or down?

Tea today is Natures Medicine “Stress Ease Calm” with Ashwagandha and Honey Bush. I added honey and a splash of vanilla soy creamer. Bonus picture of my Clouds and Mist green tea with 2lbs of dates by my side. If you want to share activities that you enjoy to find some peace, please feel free to share.

Portable Dry Herb Vaporizer

Hello! I would love recommendations for cost-effective, portable, dry herb Vaporizers that I can pick up online or in Phoenix. I’m wanting to get away from using disposable vapes and prefer the high of flower. I’ve never used any sort of vaporizer and am looking for some insight. Thanks in advance. ✨

Salmonella

I’m not a huge germaphobe, but I do think it’s interesting that since getting a beardie and joining this sub, I’ve seen a lot of posts of people with their beardie on pillows, bedding, kitchen counters, etc. any thoughts or opinions on this? Obviously everyone has the freedom to take their own risks, but I got Salmonella from a turtle as a kid and became violently ill, so I’m a bit cautious without being too neurotic about it.

Ran out of room for beets

A product of cramping too badly to make a real dish but being too high to not add a million things
