how likely is a plagiarism / academic integrity case in this scenario

i submitted an assignment last night and I had not realised before submitting but one of my sentences is incredibly similar to the article i got it from. Like I used the same words but just jumbled them around and the last 3 words are identical to the source. i didnt reference it for that sentence, but i referenced it for the next sentence. this might seem minor, and maybe it is, but im really freaking out, i just didnt notice how similar it was. would they pick you up for plagiarism based on one sentence? how strict are they? does this seem like a problem? i cant see my turnitin report so i cant even tell if its highligthed for similarity.

would i get extra time?

so for everyone else our assignment was due on friday but got extended due to the canvas outage. i had an extension for the assignment already and mine is due on the 17th. do u think i would also get extra time if i asked? cause i haven’t been able to access any of the resources and for this assignment our data file is only accessible in canvas so i can’t move forward without it. or do u think i wont get more time since ive got longer than everyone else. i just dont know how long canvas will be down for
