Spicy radish sprouting mix from Mountain Rose Herbs in Perlite and diluted Foxfarm 3-2-6 nutrients. Growing in a darker houseplants corner with low quality gooseneck growlights.

Sorry if this is blindingly obvious, but I'm not a very expereinced pepper grower as I've only grown bird's eye chilli so far. I decided to try more varieties. The seeds were bought from a hobbyist that grows multiple peppers outdoors. I germinated multiple seeds in each Kratky jar, with the intent to thin them out to one per jar. Both of these seeds were Filius Blue variety, it's been under a GE flourescent grow light with a Fox farm 3-2-6 nutrient solution. Despite the exact same conditions, one seedling has beautiful dark markings while the other is bright green. Is the green one a dud that should be thinned out or am I missing something? The same thing is happening with my Black Pearl seedlings but to a lesser degree. Thank you!
