Is it worth waiting for the K3?

New to 3D printing and am about to pull the trigger on the k2 combo. (Costco $899 CAD with 12 rolls of filament.)

The printer will be in my woodshop, so having an enclosure seems pretty important for dust. I’ll be using it to make some tools, ‘round the house fixes, and whatever toys and gadgets my kids want to print.

All the recent comments about the K2 seem to say it’s worth waiting for the new K3; however I see there’s no chamber heater, and looks like no full enclosure.

What does the hive mind think, worth waiting, or get the Costco one for the return policy?

What in tarnation is this roof?

Top couple feet is raised shingles, then tin. Only roof like this in the town, and I’ve never seen this anywhere else. Roofers were roofing, didn’t get a chance to bother them to ask.

Is this a thing, or is someone having a design moment?

Radio Coach -Chassis switch

I’ve had this 2003 29’ Bigfoot motorhome for 5 years, and still haven’t figured out what this switch does. The RV tech I spoke to didn’t know either. It is right inside the door.

My assumption was it switches the interior speakers from the inside radio, to the built in outside radio; but it doesn’t change anything.

I haven’t been able to find anything online either.

Top says- Radio Coach
Bottom- chassis
Anyone know?
