Hi I had my wisdom teeth out 3 weeks ago and the sites were sutured shut. After healing and suture removal there were no visible openings anywhere in my mouth but today I think I chewed too hard and a little hole is now open right behind/next to one of my molars now. All I see inside it is black. It's not horribly painful but a bit uncomfortable and sore. Should I be worried?
Hi, I have a full time job that I pay normal taxes for every year and that's my only source of actual income, but this year I started doing art commissions on the side. I'm seeing conflicting info online about the tax threshold for this. I'm in Ohio for context. Some people are saying the threshold is as low as $400, some $600, some as high as $10,000. I am genuinely lost. Will PayPal at least automatically send me a form if I end up needing to pay? I just want to know what to expect. I've made about $350 so far on commission work.
Felt a weird slight throbbing in my mouth and saw this. Im a week and 5 days post op. If it's an infection idk what to do because my surgeon is out of the office until july 1st
Hi, I was supposed to get my stitches (I have 9 of them, not dissolvable) taken out on Wednesday this week. My dentist is out of the office so they called me and rescheduled it for July 1st. Should I be worried about having the stitches for a whole extra week 😔 they're uncomfortable!!
Hi it's been 3 days since I got my wisdom teeth removed. This swollen spot in my gum is concerning me. My doctor is out of office right now so I can't contact him right now. Does anyone know?? What should I do?? ☹️ Ive been using salt water throughout the day and gently brushing my teeth twice a day. Im 21 and I do not drink or smoke. I'm also already on antibiotics because I had a complex case, but I'm only taking ibuprofen (it has done just fine at managing pain)
Hi! I got my wisdom teeth taken out 3 days ago. All 4 were impacted, and fun fact, I had an abnormal fifth wisdom tooth on my bottom left side.

There's this white stuff around the extraction sites (most noticably on that bottom left side, image included) I've been gently brushing my teeth and following up with warm salt water but none of it clears this white stuff away. The bottom left side, where the most of the white stuff is at, DOES hurt more than the other 3 extraction sites but it's nothing excessive and can be managed with the pills I was given, so I just chalk that up to there being two teeth ripped outta there. My best guess is that it's granulation tissue (it is slightly pinker today than it was yesterday) but I'm unsure and still haven't heard back from my surgeon so I thought I would ask here in case anyone knows 🙂

Also: if it is just food debris, how should I go about removing it? It's quite tender back there and still very swollen and I don't want to risk more irritation. Also don't wanna overdo it with salt water
