This is my first time doing repairs on my bike myself, I noticed a rattle when riding over bumps and when I shake my bike. I’ve isolated the sound to the rear hub, opened it up and there’s a tube?? A spacer probably. Anyway it’s just rattling around in there is this normal or how do I fix it
