What made your pregnancy more enjoyable and easier to manage?

Hi everyone 😊 I’m pregnant and would love to hear what helped make your pregnancy easier, healthier, or just more enjoyable.

I’m looking for everything that helped you — foods you loved, snacks, drinks, supplements (if recommended), activities, exercise, walks, hobbies, books, podcasts, apps, routines, self-care ideas, anything really.

What made you feel better physically? What helped mentally? Did you do anything that made the experience more interesting or enjoyable?

Basically, if something made pregnancy easier or more positive for you, I’d love to hear it 🤍

Rotunda private or public

Can anyone give me some advice on whether I should go with Rotunda privately or publicly?

Two months ago I had a TFMR, and it was devastating for me because it was a very wanted first baby. After my first cycle, we tried again immediately and I got pregnant. It’s still very early, but now I’m unsure what option to choose for my care.

Last time I went public, and honestly the midwives were so caring and supportive during such a difficult time. They really helped us a lot.

My main concern now is that I would like to be seen by my doctor more often because I’m feeling very anxious and scared during this pregnancy. I’m not sure if I would get that level of follow-up care in the public system.

I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences.
