Cannot upload more than one image/video, so I combined a shot from every wip stage.
I recreated the artwork in Photoshop, animated the flame frame by frame in Photoshop, and composited all the elements into After Effects.
Absolutely love the new Qotsa logo by amazing Morning Breath.
Felt the urge to make an animated version - cannot wait for ‘Perfecth’ to come out🔥
So chuffed to finally share my contribution to the awesome 'thiscover' project!
When I was given the chance to take part, I KNEW I had to give this epic album my own tribute. Quite cool to be able to add some fresh art related to the album after so many years after its release!
If you own a physical copy of the album, give it a go!
Just download the free 'ARIA The AR Platform' app, frame the album and witness the magic happen.
You can record the AR experience in-app - share it and tag 'thiscover__' on IG
