First job, what to expect?

Hi. I'm freshly out of high school and aiming to work a bit prior to college. I interviewed for Culvers several days ago, and was hired on the spot. Now, our location is under construction and doesnt open until the end of August, orientation is in a few days and training the week prior to the store opening.

Part of my concern is the grand opening rush. I was told there would be employees from other locations, but I am still concerned as this would be my first job!

I also do *love* dying my hair--is that allowed? I heard from some that jewlery isn't allowed, but they had no clue about hair color. Therefore, I want to ask as this is my main form of self-expression I'd be able to have in the uniform. Or does this vary by location? I wasn't told anything about my hair at the interview, but I am concerned if it'll be brought up at orientation.

Also another funny thing. I have never, ever had Culvers. I've never lived close enough to justify it until this new one is opening up. What are some reccomendations I should try?

Thanks so much ♡

(Game) AITJ for showing that 'truth' isn't always the way to go, and taking back what BELONGS to me?

// META: Hoping this is allowed, as i HAVE seen posts for books, games, shows, etc//

Mmm, okay, Reddit! Heard this little place could answer my little question. Funny, seeing as they all used to ask me, hehe~! Maybe they could have found the answers they so desperately sought after here without pestering me!

AHEM, Okay, okayyyy! I know the title miiiight sound a little--ah, what's the word--kooky! But! I will not be taking comments at this time! Hold them until after the show, my dear audience!

Now, now, where to begin~

Ah yes! It all began, well, I need not age myself. But I had followers, they looked to me for answers! Asked me question. After question. After QUESTION! Frankly, you would not BELIEVE how draining it got! Anywho, I was granted immense knowledge from an object I had! Hence allll the questions! As for a little backstory... I got asked certain questions. Questions from Knowledge Seekers that, if answered in truth, would break them into crumbs!

*"*O, C.J.! (Fake names, of course!) Why, oh why were we created?"

Now, I ask, readers. Should I have told this Seeker of Knowledge the truth? That we exist only to be consumed our Gods who have forsaken us? Or do I grant them a comforting lie?

Hah! As you see, the truth is not always so simple. Hehe, no, no. But still, SOME do not understand that!

Take this person for example. We for the purposes of this story shall call him Yuri. Yuri is, well. Yeesh! Always so overtly righteous! Standing for his truth or whatever! It's BORING! He should know that truth cannot always be the answer! What's the harm in a lie every now and then? Yeesh.

Aaaanywho! Remember that object I mentioned?

He holds, lets say, another half of it. Basically. I used to hold the whole thing, but it got split into two halves when we I was unfairly imprisoned! I got one half, he found the other centuries upon centuries later.

I, obviously, needed what was rightfully mine back! So, I managed to get him close! I kept him in my Spire, and watching him fall into the cradle of Deceit...! How lovely! Truly, it suited Yuri much, much more. Though, he refused my help! Rude!

He got what he stole from me back! All that work...

And he still naïvely holds onto truth! He's so... so...I can't even say! He even said he wanted to be my 'friend'..! Yeah, right!

How patronizing!

I only do what I think is best. After all, I owned the artifact first! It and I were made in tandem--with the other in mind! I have some dear friends of my own in similiar predicaments--seeking the other half of what was taken from them so long ago...do we truly deserve this after our unfair imprisonment?

Yuri fails to see my view.

And yet...How long can he hold onto his truth? Just how long until his spirit and dough crumbles? Tick tock, Yuri.
