comfort plus, economy, doesn’t matter. the bottom cushion pushes your hips forward away from the back, leaving a massive hole where lumbar support should be. if i had more options i’d never fly delta again. i know there’s plenty of complaints with the headrest but this just compounds it imo and thought it needed mentioning as well
