I had one video almost hit 2k views just for the next to barely crack 100.. I seriously don’t understand the inconsistency.

A little background I have HBP with has been a hereditary issue on my dad’s side of the family. On Amlodipine 10mg. Doctor is discussing putting me on additional medication and if I show up with these numbers that’s definitely happening. I started taking some sea moss supplements as well thinking it might help but now I think it might be contributing to the spike (Usually in the 150-130s). Anyone else had similar issues? Other notes I exercise occasionally, may have a cigar every now and then and also could be in better shape but now morbidly obese. Diet needs improvement as well.
