What is going on with these service plazas? Have you seen the men’s room? Urinal has been covered in garbage bags and tape for months. Hand dryers broken. Graffiti. At one point the door was stuck open.

Check out the NJ Turnpike for comparison. Are we a third world state? How can the Mass DOT get away with this?

I’ve seen them all in the last 30 days. They should just add a “roll the dice” button and generate some random data every day
