Android App that integrates with XDrip+ broadcast for better UI?

I'm using XDrip+ to connect to my Dexcom G7 on a new phone that Dexcom doesn't support (don't get me started). The UI that XDrip+ provides while functional is not particulary attractive.

Any suggestions for Apps with more modern UIs that can integrate with XDrip's local broadcast capability to pull BG readings? I tried Gluroo and it was OK but I'm not a fan of the chat style interface that it uses.

Operationalizing Validating Admission Policy

When VAP came out I was really excited about it, however operationalizing it on existing clusters looks to be non-trivial and I'm curious how people are managing it.

Specifically, on existing clusters I'm thinking of how to determine the impact of new VAP policies on existing workloads before you roll them out. You could roll them out in Warn mode but users only see the issue on admission so running workloads remain blissfully unaffected by a newly introduced policy.

You could use something like Kyverno to manage them in Warn/Inform and run them as background processes so you get all the info of which workloads would violate the new VAP policies. This is a really nice feature in Kyverno but if you are not using Kyverno already it's another on-cluster tool to deal with.

Are there any existing tools out there that will pre-validate VAP before it gets deployed, ideally off-cluster, or has a way of tracking VAP results that doesn't involve trolling through the audit logs?

How common is cooling in condos?

This is more a curiousity question as at the moment we own a detached home in Langford. However I'm getting closer to retirement (59) and when we are ready we are thinking about moving into a condo downtown'ish to downsize (housing plus cars) and be in a more walkable area.

However as the average temperature is increasing with climate change one thing I'm wondering about is how common is cooling (either heat pump or AC) in condo buildings in Victoria? My casual impression is not common at all similar to homes in Victoria, is that a correct impression?

I was also wondering if newer construction buildings are including it by default these days or its still mostly ignored. A lot of those are wood construction unfortunately and I'd prefer concrete but would be good to know if they at least have the advantage of cooling built in rather then an afterthought.

Finally I believe you can install a heat pump after the fact but it requires the strata to have done an electrical survey. I also assume that it would need to penetrate the building envelope which would be another cause for concern for a strata. How common are individual heat pump installations in condo buildings and is it getting more common given the temp increases?
