Bought a mova, does what I need

Kids are just messy little tornadoes and there's no fighting it. Got a little one at home so finding food bits and rice grains in random corners is basically my daily reality at this point lol.
Grabbed a mova x4 pro during a sale this year and it's been a lifesaver. Once the kid's down for the night, I just run it for a few minutes and the floor's back to normal. The built in light can catch stains I would've missed otherwise. Just leave it to self dry after, and it never smells weird when I pull it out next time.
Really cuts down so much hassle with a kid running around.

Is it worth upgrading to a smart irrigation controller?

Been using the same irrigation timer for around six or seven years now. It has done the job. Set the days, set the times, and pretty much forget about it.
The one thing that gets annoying is having to remember to shut it off every time it rains. Feels like every time I forget, the yard ends up getting watered when it definitely doesn't need it.
I've been looking at smart controllers lately, mostly because I'm tired of having to think about it whenever the weather changes. Seen a few different options, but I'm still not sure they're worth the money.
For those who switched from a basic timer, was it worth it? Does the weather sensing work well enough that you can just let it do its thing?

Trying to decide on a UV printer and I'm completely lost. Anyone been through this?

Been trying to decide on one for a few weeks. Currently looking at the eufymake e1 and a couple others, watched probably way too many youtube reviews at this point and still can't land anywhere.

The xtool o1 omni printer is actually one I've been seriously considering too, saw it come up in another thread and it's been on my radar since.

Curious what people actually prioritized when they were making this call.

Back from the Montreal GP, a few tips

I was visiting montreal for the race, so these are just my tourist notes.

The stm metro is the easiest way in. Take the yellow line to jean drapeau, and buy your tickets or day pass before race day if you can. The line for the station after the race was easily over an hour.

Check the circuit map before heading to your grandstand. I was in grandstand 12 and it still took me about 30 minutes to get there from the entrance.

Food on site was mostly around $15–30, and the food truck lines got pretty bad during the breaks. Bringing a few snacks saved me a lot of time.

Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water and proper walking shoes. There isn’t much shade, and the benches are pretty hard, so a small seat cushion is worth it. I used a redteago esim and it worked smoothly for maps, messages and uploading a few clips from the circuit.

Also, if you’re making dinner plans after the race, give yourself at least 1.5 hours just to get off the island and back downtown.
