HELPPPPPP!!!! (Cancelling admission)

Hi everyone,
I recently cancelled my admission to Christ University through the online application portal, as instructed by the Admissions Office.
However, I wanted to know if there are any further steps required to complete the cancellation process.
Specifically:
Do I need to courier/post any physical documents to the university? They have mentioned this in the online cancellation form
If yes, which documents are required? Because this they haven’t specified, in the online form they have given address and they have mentioned parcelling the online form’s signed copy and original payment receipt . Is that all i need to send ? Because they haven’t really given a doc list.
How long does it usually take for the cancellation to be processed and the refund (if applicable) to be initiated?
I have already emailed the admissions office regarding this but haven’t received a response yet, so I thought I’d ask here in case anyone has gone through the process recently.
