After doing the cancel and re subscribe dance, I received a price I was happy with.

My only issue was I couldn’t get Netflix associated with my account, so I was paying twice to both Sky & Netflix. I called in 5 times ,each time getting the foreign call centres, and having to explain the issue multiple times, no one could fix it. The solution the last agent came up with was to remove Netflix boost & the Ultimate TV Pack from my account, then disconnect the call. He said he would call back, but never did. My question, is there is anything else apart from Netflix I lose without having this pack? As far as I can see it is just a legacy package that Sky sold to you to enable Netflix for ‘free’.
