Injections now sting - any tips?

I’ve been on mounjaro now for about 5 months. For the first month and a half my injections were completely painless. Lately my injections have been stinging every time, despite the dose (2.5 mg) and method (auto-injection pens) being the same. I only inject in my stomach as I tried my thighs and arms and did not like it, but I rotate around the stomach area. I do leave my pens out for at least an hour, sometimes several hours to come to room temp. I also make sure that the alcohol dries before I inject. Aside from that, I also ice the spot beforehand and use fluconazole spray afterwards to prevent injection site reactions and that has worked to prevent welts. I don’t think I usually feel the needle at all but the stinging is from the medication. Anyone else had this experience? Any tips other than the things I’ve already tried?
