1st try at ribs for the 4th
Put them on at 11am at 225 and let them smoke until they were done around 4:30. Wrapped and put in the oven at 170 until dinnertime at 6:30. Came out great!

Deck Boss 800 temp issues
I got my Deck Boss 800 back in March. Up until about a month ago it would hold whatever temp I set it to without issue. The last 2 times I've used the LOW setting it's had issues staying at the 180* set point. You can see on the charts that it shoots up to ~225 and just stays there, despite being set to LOW, which targets 180. I've used this setting several times and it always held 180 perfectly until now. So far it seems to hold higher temp settings fine. Do I have an actual issue or is there something I'm missing with the settings?

With hands being a feature of the new game, can we expect to see more physical interaction with the environment a la Alyx or Boneworks? What about punching Sosigs? I've had plenty of situations in TnH where I was fumbling for a secondary or melee weapon when a simple punch would have sufficed.
Regardless, I was skeptical about a sequel at first but what I've seen in the 1st featurette looks like the new game will still have the "way more detail than necessary" style of the original, which I love. Can't wait to see more!
