How often if ever were you called in for a random UA while on supervised probation?

My husband got a level 3 dui this past Summer. He is on supervised probation for 2 years and uses interlock in order to drive his vehicle.

I know he is still drinking frequently when he is not having to work for a couple of days. Is he supposed to do that? Can't he be called in for a UA at anytime?

He also will on occasion take my vehicle somewhere without asking. When I told him I was worried if he got pulled over he might get in trouble and he told me it was no big deal because he only drives my car in town.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this type of situation. Im completely in the dark and he acts like I'm crazy. TIA
