Planning a trip to Chicago and there seems to be a ton of love on this sub for Valhalla.

I noticed that the restaurant’s website links to SevenRooms for reservations, but when I Google for reservations, OpenTable seems to have a lot more availability.

Wondering why theres such a discrepancy in availability and if there’s any reason not to be booking through OpenTable as the dates/times I’m looking at booking aren’t available on SevenRooms.
